Happy Friday everyone. I'm posting this quick card, then I'm off to Collingwood for 3 days of scrapping and fun. Going to get my graduation books done for my 3 graduations I have coming up in June.I love this little Pixie. She's a C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie called "Lady Bug Nora". She's a Digi available from All That Scraps. I used Cosmo Cricket's Dutch Girl paper. I love the polka dot paper, it has mushroom like coloring. I colored her with my copics, added tons of glitter and some rhinestones, a small ribbon and bow tied with soft blue sheer ribbon. I added a pretty crocheted flower to the center of the bow. I'm really stearing towards simple cards. I find that it is difficult to keep it simple as we really tend to add lots of embellishments on all our cards. To slow it down is really hard.
I'm entering this one into 2 challenges. At Papertake Weekly they are looking for cards with lots of shine and sparkle. Cute Card Thursday is looking for card for someone special. This card is for a dear friend who celebrated her birthday lately and also is cooking gormet food where I'm going this weekend. Happy Birthday Teresa. Of course lots of bling for Papertake Weekly.
