Layouts for a change
On Saturday passed I spent the day with some truly inspiring scrapbooking friends. I went to a church in Tottenham, Ontario to an all day crop. I thought it would be a good opportunity to catch up on some layouts. I ended up doing these 2 and gabbing the rest of the day. The first layout was inspired by a magazine cover that had a little girl blowing snow off her hand. I begged my little one to dress up and do it with me. We found out quite quickly that snow doesn't blow. We realized that on the magazine they must have used fake snow for the picture. While she kept trying to blow the snow she was getting too close to her hand and eventually her mouth hit the snow. The picture on the right is her trying to spit the snow out. I decided that she had been Snow Kissed.
The bottom layout was one of those very rare occassions that my oldest daughter and middle son were getting along. They decided to build a gingerbread house together. At first my son was mad at me for taking pictures, but then he started having fun with it. So I figured it was the Magic of Winter causing them to work together. A card will come later, just wanted to share with you some of my other work.
Hugs xx
