1 Project, 4 Challenges.

Well I apologize for my absence. I've had quite a time getting back into the roll of back to school stuff. Just when I think everyone is getting back into it, my little one gets sick. Doesn't help that hubby is on afternoons for the month, (just can't get anything done when he's around) LOL. I made this little folder for my little sicky for her to put important things to remember in. Important things like, promises, secrets and friends will fill the folders soon. Hopefully it will cheer her up in the morning. Anyways I finally had time to to the Magnoia-licious Challenge which was to make an Acordian Mini-File. It was really fun. The tutorial was so easy to follow. I used one of my newer Tilda's and colored her with my lyra's and mineral spirits to match the paper. I used my Heidi Grace paper and used my Nestabilities to cut out the flower. I added glitter to her flower and some white dots to her dress. I covered her shoes with liquid glass to give them a shiney leather look. I also did this card for Cute Card Thursday where they wanted you to do a card in "Strawberry Mint Julep". It also fit in to Magnolia Down Under's Challenge that wants you to do "Anything But A Card", and finally it is also for Just Magnolia where this weeks challenge is to emboss on your card. So even though I've been gone a while, I got one in for 4 challenges.
